Teplice Rocks has to be one of the most amazing landscapes I’ve ever seen, EVER!

This place has to be on your bucket list if you love hiking around stunning landscapes. If you’ve ever wanted to wander round what looks like a real life version of the computer game Skyrim this is pretty close to it.

This place is truly incredible and you are going to get an absolute haul of amazing photos for your Instagram.

The area known as Ardspach Teplice Rocks is somewhat crowded but I was so distracted by staring up at the rocks that were soaring out of the ground that the crowds faded into the background.

Quite by accident we wandered off the set track and into the national park where we continued our walk for several more hours. This area was much quieter and we had the track to ourselves for much of the hike.

We only spent one day here but I could easily have stayed a week. I definitely want to return and spend more time exploring the National Park.

We stayed at Camp Kamenec , which is a short drive away. This was a nice and friendly site with a nice cooking area and a play area for children. There was also a small bar where you could get a nice cold beer.

I should mention though that the potable water we got from here was not good. We filled up 2 water bottles in the eveing and didn't notice at the time, as it was a bit dark, but we realised later that the water in the first bottle was quite merky. By the time the tap had run a bit the water in the second bottle was fine, but perhaps if you can avoid it best not to fill up here.

We camped just outside Amsterdam for one night at Zeeburg Camping. We really liked Zeeburg. There were lots of facilities on site; showers, cooking area, restaurant/bar, a shop, plus bike and boat hire.
